Attitudes on same-sex wedding among key demographic teams
Help for same-sex wedding has remained mostly stable among both women and men since 2017. Today, 66% of females and 57% of males support same-sex wedding.
Help for same-sex wedding additionally has remained steady among whites, blacks and Hispanics within the last couple of years. Today, 62% of whites help same-sex marriage, since do 58% of Hispanics and 51% of blacks.
The rise within the share of grownups whom favor same-sex marriage within the last 15 years flow from in component to generational modification. Young generations express greater amounts of support for same-sex wedding.
